I really appreciate your thoughts and idea on this because it's interesting to learn from. I believe holistic living have to do with one recognising oneself on the path or decision to take in other to move on the right direction because other people fail on this path wfy because they live on the shadows of others that dictate things for them but knowing oneself can make you overcome challenges when experiencing one.
