I totally agree with you on having a teacher to help you grow which is totally true because you will definitely need their experience to grow stronger in the rightful path. Everyone can be a teacher the most important thing Is the message and advice they pass across that will help us to grow stronger especially from our spiritual leaders or teachers that are important too for us to grow spiritually
