I think concentration is somewhat related to motivation, if someone loses its motivation it is very hard to focus on something to do.

But, if you are working for an organization, the motivation should either come from the work compensation, salary, or various perks offered by that organization.

Anyway, it is important to deal with this situation in any sort of matter or task, otherwise without having concentration the achievement is very difficult.
