You should be a proud dad. It's never easy being a man behind a pregnant woman. Most men get a wrong misconception of pregnancy amongst females, it's not just her full individual responsibility it's a whole responsibility for both the man & woman if there is though.
Just as the post reads, it's not easy for women during and even after pregnancy. The fear, energy, body balance, body size, skin coloration, trauma, long pain, denial and mental state of a woman is never always the same during these stages of anti/post pregnancy. Encourage your women, trust me its not easy even if the first issue (baby born) seems easy, a lot of factor can affect and change other in coming child birthing.

Here are my safety approach to add to yours @cool08 for women who are or wants to get pregnant

-Avoid alcohol and drugs totally

• Organic meat foods 🥩
• Raw 🥚 eggs are bad for you
• High Mercury fish, this contains alot of toxics unsafe for the body.
• Caffeine is no no
  -visit your doctor regularly if fear or the need arises
• its okay to be moody, cranky, swollen, irritated, annoyed, pampered, nagging, nervous and totally a jerk.
