La finca esta ubicada en Tucupido estado Guarico, en un pequeño caserio llamado la morita, esta hermosa finca es llamada "la tuberia" porque pasa una tuberia o red petrolera.

Este caserio tiene una represa donde tiene una famosa compuerta, que en tiempo de vacaciones es visitada por turista, y abundan los peces.
