The country is in the toilet and we have a 22% voter turnout. WTF. There are hundreds of folks at the Tijuana border who would love to come to this country because of how shitty their home country is and Americans can't get off their butts and vote. That is exactly how Hitler and Mussolini won their elections, by a minority voter turnout.
