Just from reading your previous post on Shitcoins Experiment, I think that's probably how they gained access to your account. From my understanding, on BSC, connecting your wallet to some of this sites when trying to buy can give then access to your wallet. I've heard of it so many times. That's why they send you so many free tokens on BSC to try to get you to connect your wallet as you try to claim.

I maybe wrong, but perhaps start by checking your account access permissions, and also adding restrictions. Revoke or Limit Smart Contracts of your tokens on Ethereum, Binance BSC, Matic/Polygon, ALWAYS!
