What's your take on the current 50/50 reward system from a content creators perspective? Pros' & Cons?

ION, Thanks for the Fave DAPPS response, that was rather interesting to hear from you. Honestly none of those dapps would make the cut for me haha, but I guess that is the beauty of being on Steem, diversity!

I also threw in a couple of my faves on this vlog, for some reason I don't seem to have as many as I'd imagines, most that I used to like like dlive, share2steem etc have been a let down.
