Saturday, yesterday was a national holiday because in France the feast of the "Liberation" and consequently the end of the Second World War here is celebrated on May 8th.
As a result, all supermarkets were closed yesterday and this morning it was the apocalypse to go shopping. I say that I can do the shopping once a week because I do not have a fairly spacious pantry and because usually the beers I take end just after 5 or 6 days. Anyway this morning I had to make a good hour of queue to get into the supermarket and at least 30 minutes of queue at the checkout to pay. I do not understand how you can condemn certain types of assembly when the only places really crowded, I speak for France, are always supermarkets where it is often impossible to respect the safe distance. I also do not understand that cascade has people to buy every day, certainly the basic necessities are indispensable in daily life but I have seen many people do 1 hour of queue to take just four or five products that relatively serve absolutely nothing to the indispensable goods, so to finish I think that in the end there will never be rules able to fully respect the distances and gatherings , it's still all in the good sense of the individual.
Happy weekend!
