Yeah a good relationship should be 50/50 I would say but it's not always that simple.!

That is great when you both have cash coming in but it can become a problem for some people sometimes when only 1 person is bringing in any cash.

At the same time if I had plenty of cash and my partner had none I would gladly play all the bills. No question.
I am no expert though 😉
