we have water rights coz our friend owns this land but we have to stick a pipe in up the hill to bring i down and fill our big tanks but were not supposed to even though everyone does it..currently i cant get access to the pipe.!!.we have been doing this for years....there is a lot of water politics here...lucky we are almost right next to a river ...
