A surprising fact that happened to me / Un hecho sorprendente que me sucedió
Several years ago, a very interesting event happened to me that caught my attention.
I was about to fall asleep, I felt fluids all over my body, something that had never happened to me before; so with the thought, I asked for protection from my Guide and Protectors. I begin to get out of my body, which I could observe as well as the bodies of my wife and child.
I was conscious of what was happening to me and I knew that my spirit had split and that in spite of not having my physical body I could see and perceive the smells.
I thought that I could break through the wall and I tried to do so, but at that moment my spirit returned abruptly to my body, so I opened my eyes and remained meditating and reflecting on what had just happened to me.
My reflections were as follows:
Mis reflexiones fueron las siguientes:
1° We do not only matter, that is, we are not only our body but the spirit, soul, and body.
2° The spirit is independent of the body, obviously, that independence is relative, which means that the spirit continues its action after the body ceases its vital functions, what many call "death.
3° If the spirit continues his action after death, then it means that "death" does not exist.
4° If "death" does not exist, then life is the spirit and it is eternal, and our life has a purpose beyond material facts.
