Exodus 33: 18-23

Then he said: I beg you to show me your glory.
And he replied: I will make all my goodness pass before your face; and I will proclaim the name of Jehovah before you; and I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy.
He said more: you can't see my face; because man will not see me and live.
And Jehovah said: I have a place by my side, and you will be on the rock; and when my glory passes, I will cover you with my hand until it has passed.
Then I will take my hand away and you will see my back; but my face will not be seen

God was clear and precise with Moses: "... no one will see me and live ..."

The nature of man is sinful and the nature of God is holiness. God is holy and completely pure and dignified. The glory of God covers the beauty of his holiness and the radiance of his purity makes him dwell in greatness and lordship. The throne of his grace is covered by his holiness, no one can approach God who is purely holy.

Moses is a manifestation of God's mercy. The Lord told him clearly: "... I will have mercy of which I will have mercy ...". There is no sinful man who can look to God and remain standing. Only God's mercy helps us to stand before God and approach the throne of his justice. The essence of God's glory covers his holiness.
The Lord knew that Moses was not in a position to see his glory, he only recommended that he be placed in a place where there was a rock and said: "... you will be on the rock; and when my glory passes, I will cover you with my hand until That has happened. "
Keep in mind that God recommended to Moses the need to be on the rock. We know that the Old Covenant is a shadow of the new covenant, the rock in the new covenant is Christ. If we want to see the glory of God, it is necessary to make sure that we are on the rock, which is Christ.

When Moses placed himself on the rock, God had to cover Moses' eyes until his glory passed. Moses had not experienced the process of purification in the blood of Christ, because he remained in a covenant that did not have the same advantages and benefits as the new covenant. Now, reader friend, both you and my person, that we are part of the new covenant, and that we are now on the rock that is Christ, we can be sure that the glory of God is upon us. The Word says that Christ is the essence of the glory of God, and all who wash themselves with the blood of Christ experience in his life the glory of God, which produces the changes and transformations of the life of the believer.
The glory of God has sealed us with the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, who is above all a believer. The simple fact of being on the rock that is Christ makes us participate in God's glory over us through the Holy Spirit.

After the Lord had passed from the place where Moses was, God removed his hands from the face of Moses, who only managed to see the backs of God.

Moses only managed to see the backs of God.
All who are born of God, have within themselves the glory of the Father, through the covenant with the Son, that is, Jesus Christ.

The fullness of Christ is in the lives of Christians. Christ is the same glory of God manifested in believers through the Holy Spirit, which produces internal changes in the person through the process of renewal.
This process of transformation occurs with the glory of God within us. As time passes, we continue to experience true changes and this will happen until our mortal bodies become incorruptible bodies similar to those of angels.

In the life of a Christian it is necessary that the glory of God be seen in them through the transformations that God makes. That is why both the drug addict and the alcoholic, prostitutes, drunkards and demonized people are totally free when they decide to place themselves on the rock, which is Christ, and expect the glory of God to cover and transform them.
