Surely, life is a beautiful gift that comes from God. From the beginning of creation, God had planned to give man the same source of life that God possesses. The life of God does not have a period of time, it is a life with quality of existence that never ends.

Unfortunately, humanity lost that kind of life that God possesses. Sin became the important cause for which man stopped enjoying the quality of existence that God had given him.
What we can say is that God's love is inexhaustible. Although man sinned, God gave him the possibility of recovering the quality of life and existence, through Christ Jesus. Then, life is hidden in Christ, and it is a life with a guarantee of eternity, which will never cease to exist.

In John 10:10, Jesus says:

The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy; I have come to have life, and to have it in abundance.

Keep in mind that Jesus says he came so that we may have life. The term "Life" of the Greek New Testament translated in this verse is "zoe" and, in part, means "... life as God has it, the Father has it in himself, the Father gave it to the incarnate Son ... and the Son has manifested it to the world. "

From this life that the Father gave to His Son Jesus Christ, man participates in it through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. So, reader friend, that if we want to choose life, we necessarily have to come to Jesus through faith, confessing that Jesus the Lord and that God raised him from the dead.
There is no other way to participate in the life of God if not, through Jesus Christ.

The Word says that "whoever has the son also has the Father." All who choose Christ have decided to choose the life that the Father has in himself.

As we said, the life that God possesses is a "quality of existence, which remains forever", but that God has given it to us through his Son, Jesus Christ.

It is up to us to enjoy this glorious life as determined by God in his word. It is a life of abundant and healthy joy, with overflowing joy, full of love for God and neighbor. It is a life that allows us to meet God and ourselves. It is a model of life completely isolated from sin and evil.

With this great lifestyle that God has given us in Christ, we can experience a glorious joy in our soul, which is important for our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. In Proverbs 17:22 it says that "the cheerful heart constitutes a good remedy, but the sad spirit dries the bones."

Finally, God wants us to enjoy life and have abundant joy in our soul, through our intimate communion with his Son Jesus Christ, who will help us to always live in the victory of our God. The joy of the Lord is our strength in the midst of all difficulties, adversities and difficult times. In that sense, dear reader, it is God's will that we enjoy life!
