Each of us must think and act in accordance with the grace of God given to us. The grace of God has been poured out on each believer so that each one, as he has received from God, has a specific function in the body of Christ. We are all really part of the body of Christ, but each of us has a different function, which operates according to God's gift in us.
The Word of God says in 1 Corinthians 15: 41

One is the glory of the sun, another is the glory of the moon, and another is the glory of the stars, because one star is different from another in glory.

Notice clearly that both the sun, the moon and the stars have their own glory that differentiates them from each other, but they all fulfill a specific function within God's creation. Therefore, each believer has the glory that God has placed in each one of us so that we fulfill a specific function within the body of Christ.

Glory is associated with the grace of God in every believer. Grace goes hand in hand with the gifts and talents that God has placed in each person of the body of Christ. As written in Romans 12: 6-8:

Then, having different gifts, according to the grace given to us, if it is prophecy, use it according to the measure of faith; or if it is of service, in service; or he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in the exhortation; the one who distributes, with liberality; the one who presides, with request; He who does mercy, with joy.

According to the grace received from our heavenly Father, we are all different in the glory of the gifts received, but everything depends on the construction of the church, like the body of Christ. Each of us supplies a need, and we are all part of God's plan.
In accordance with the grace received, we must act and execute our functionality according to the gift received, if my gift is of prophecy, my focus should be to prophesy and speak what God commands me to speak according to his word and the measure of faith God has given me If someone has the gift of service, they must act to serve in the body of Christ; He who has the gift of teaching must devote himself to teaching.
All this makes us different in the way we act within the body of Christ, but in God's plan, everything must revolve in the construction of the Lord's church. The important thing is to exercise the gifts we have received from the Lord, without this leading us to belittle ourselves, to disqualify ourselves as members of the body of Christ, but to use the gifts for God's purpose toward the church.

In other words, the gifts received help us to understand how we are good in the body of Christ and, therefore, we are dedicated to serving God in a disciplined and orderly manner for glorious spiritual growth in the Lord's church.

Each believer must look at the potential God has given him instead of looking at his limitations. Remember that your gift differs from the gift of another brother, but the one who is increasing in the spiritual life is you.
