We live in this world overwhelmed by complexities, looking more at defects than personal attributes or qualities. We have to get out of that confinement of defects and start looking at ourselves as God looks at us through Christ.

So if someone is in Christ, he is a new creature; old things happened; behold, they all become new.
If we look in the mirror of a new life in Christ, I am sure that we will leave behind our defects and begin to accept ourselves with all the new potentialities that God has given us.
The word says that we are new creatures in Christ, old things have passed, all are made new. So let's not waste any more time looking at what God has already left behind and erased from our past way of life. We are now strengthened by the power of the Lord's forces and we are a new man in Christ.
Do not look at your errors and defects, because that is what Christ has thrown on the cross, look at yourself in a mirror and realize that now, the glory of Christ is in you through the Holy Spirit.
God sent his son to put to death our old man and to be born a man empowered in the glory and justice of God. We don't have to go around condemning, feeling bad about everything we do, the word says, that there is no longer condemnation for those who are in Christ. In this sense, we cannot spend our whole lives condemning our actions, but we must thank God, that there is no more condemnation for us, because Christ on the cross paid all our debts of sins and has set us free.
We must begin to smile and accept ourselves as we are, because all our errors, defects and crimes, Christ took you with him on the cross.
We may have physical defects, yet God did not look to such defects to dwell in us through the Holy Ghost. God is pleased that you and I are a temple of his Spirit. Do not let your blessing be stolen by our adversary, who tries as much as possible to make us see that God is not interested in us, on the contrary, God has given us the power to be called his children. If God looks at us as His children, then we are children of the King of kings and Lord of lords. You and I are princes and this is the most important thing. Walk as a child of the King, having the assurance that we are heirs of all the glorious things that are in the kingdom of heaven.
