Music therapy can be done by listening to music or playing music. For example, when a person has difficulty concentrating, he or she can undergo music therapy activities to restore the nervous system in the brain to be able to concentrate again. For example, someone feels lost in enthusiasm because of a problem. Through music therapy he will be able to return to his enthusiasm as usual.

There have been many studies that reveal that music has an impact on the body and soul. In fact, many hospitals are starting to use music therapy for physical-psychological pain, such as relieving pain, warding off depression, calming patients, relaxing muscles that strain muscles, and much more.

Music therapy has become a complement to the treatment of mental disorders such as schizophrenia, violent behavior, natural feeling disorders such as mania and depression.

Research shows that music with a strong beat can stimulate brain waves to bring sharper concentration of thinking, while music with a slower tempo is suitable for meditation and increases the concentration of spirituality.
