HOW CAN WE FIGHT NEGATIVITY BIAS?
We should focus on only the good things, things that make us happy.
Talking with friends that would brighten our mood
We should think of good things and also do it without delay.
We shouldn't think of evil things and when it comes to our mind, we should know that it's from the Devil.
Do good things whenever you have the opportunity to do it
Our thoughts should be controlled by the righteousness of God.
Thinking of foolishness is a sin therefore we shouldn't think foolishness.
God knows all the things we think.
Thinking evil about our fellow men is against the commandment of God.
A good conscience owes no man including God.
If people are thinking evil against a christian, God would take care of that.
When we don't think evil of no man, the Lord would fight our battles
Our hearts should be as pure as little children
We shouldn't take what people say against us to heart.
We should ignore what they say against us.
When you have a pure heart, you'd be closer to God
We should have a pure heart
From the heart proceeds the issues of life
We should keep our hearts pure through the words of God.
The word helps to purify our hearts.
We should strive to be a better christian everyday
We should give alms, there is no wrong in giving alms
We give alms from the mercy of our hearts and we would receive God's blessings.
We should always help the needy around us.
HOW THE MESSAGE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE.
Before now I don't help people if I feel they aren't genuine beggers but the message implored us to help anyone despite the genuineness of the person's need because if the person plays a fool on us, he will receive the judgement but when we obey by helping the needy, we would be blessed.
