Sadly, I haven't been able to go to one of my favourite bird feeding stations for obvious reasons. I'm not sure bird watching falls under "essential travel".
I have a bit of a soft spot for blackbirds. They are funny characters. I can remember my mum having lots of pebbles put down in her rockery to keep the weeds down. Every day the blackbirds would come and move the pebbles whilst searching for worms. Every day we had to brush the pebbles back into place. You've got to love them!
