It was really cold when we walked around the Longshaw Estate. In fact, it was BLOODY cold. You should know, dear reader how cold it was, when it's in capitals! I could have quite easily have joined these guys to stand next to their fire to keep warm.
This is Boggart Burrow, a clump of spindly tree trunks in a mangled web. It's great for kids to play in.
I quite like solitary trees. They seem to attract your attention somewhat. I often wonder if it's always been on its own or did it escape the chop?
It wasn't long before we headed back into the warmth. The cold certainly blows the cobwebs off you!
