Добавлю, что для перемещения отражения светящегося предмета могло использоваться зеркало или блестящая поверхность с изменяемым углом наклона. Такой же эффект будет и с откидной створкой окна. Закрываем створку и "ангел" опускается вниз, приоткрываем и он поднимается. Но последний вариант к этому видео не относится, потому что там старые рамы.
Вполне возможно, что авторы не создавали специально фейк, а эффект получился случайно.
Но настоящие Ангелы точно существуют!
