If you've read any of my posts, you know that I do a tremendous amount of hiking. Saturday, it was a steady downpour of rain. Yesterday, (Monday) when I went for the hike, I found a treasure trove of these little creatures on the trail. I always move them because they do move so slow, oftentimes when you return the same way you came, they can end up under your shoe and are crushed. They work so hard to build their snail shells, that I just have to move them. I hope you enjoy the following close ups of these little guys I ran into today.
