I agree one hundred percent! All of us tend to try to cram so much into a day that all we really think about is sleep and that is rest enough, but it's not. The saying, 'all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy', can be applied to us as well. Then, you get to a point that you no longer know how to let go. I've been there; I know.
