Learning a second language can indeed be advantageous both for personal and work related situations. I could use Spanish at work and Hungarian with my daughter in law. Fortunately, she speaks fluent English for about the only thing I can say in Hungarian is 'happy birthday'.

I think colors can be like vegetables; you only like one or two as a child, but then as an adult, something you said you'd never eat in a vegetable, suddenly becomes somewhat of a favorite!
