You are so right in that life does make us change our priorities and oftentimes, we short change ourselves. It's hard to turn that around, even sometimes at the age you mentioned you are at now. However, keep it up, for to slide back again into doing for others and whatnot, will make it harder to get back in the groove for yourself.
