Have you ever met someone who believed in you at a time when you were doubting your own abilities? Someone whose words, advice, or support helped you regain hope?

I have been blessed with some folks who have encouraged me in my current job. I have a lot of responsibility with an absentee owner, and even though I'm not a 'youngster', it's still nice to receive the encouragement and support from my coworkers, who seem genuinely amazed at what I do. The irony---sometimes I feel as if I've no clue as to how to get it all done.
