Oh, if only I could relay this to my husband! Oftentimes, he literally almost runs through the house (he's retired) with things on his 'to do' list. Wanting to accomplish them is good; doing it to the detriment of one's self isn't. He does not rest well. Even sleep eludes him at times; I'm not sure if it's because he can't sleep, or perhaps he's pushing himself to get up and start the cycle all over again.

Rest is not a reward after work is finished because work is never finished. Rest is part of the work.
