When things get a person down, it's easy to slide right into a spiral and go down with it! Thinking positively, being thankful for what you have, and looking as the glass as being half full rather than half empty, can make a huge impact on your outlook. That doesn't mean that every now and again, we might not get sucked into the vortex of despair, but it gives us the strength to claw our way out of that!
