People should not discredit anyone because of age, whether young or old! I see that going both ways; to discredit people because they're young (we'd hire you, but you don't have any experience-and just how do you get it if you don't hire me-it's a vicious cycle) and then there's the 'they're much too old and don't know anything'. I don't buy either one myself! I have learned from the very young and I've learned from those who are older.
