Many years ago, when my husband was a teenager, he made dandelion wine. It's made from the flower heads. He ordered dried ones as he didn't have the time or desire to pick them.

Fast forward 15+ years from then; we were married and had been for a while. His mom had passed away and we were at her house cleaning it out to sell it. In the basement, resided all those bottles of wine. Ironically, we didn't drink it; I'm not sure why other than the fact we just don't drink that much. We did however, pour it all down the drain (🙀🙀🙀 ) You could almost get drunk from the smell of the wine and the alcohol in the air, lol! We did taste it but I guess there was just too much to deal with. It was sweet. We've made wine since then, but not dandelion wine. Google it; I'm sure you will find the recipe. Take care!
