Kitties are very social, and I've had many of them. They all have their personalities, and some prefer to cuddle and be like Mushi; some prefer to be affectionate on their terms only. I've had all kinds! She seeks human companionship, and it is true that they detect your mood and seem to know just what we need at what time. I have two kitties; one is just like Mushi and the other one is a bit more "mature" acting, but will head butt me and rub on my face and head when the mood suits him.
