Marriage takes work, and most importantly is the love, trust, and respect that a couple have for one another. Never take the other for granted! Be kind! Most of all, just because you have a spat or disagreement with your spouse, does not mean you throw them away! (a lot of people today look at it that way, sadly). My husband and I will be celebrating in July, our 41st wedding anniversary. Has it always been a bed of roses? NO-definitely not, but we are married for life and work through any issues that come up. He is my best friend!
