Zesty Cabbage Avocado Snack 🥬🥑
I threw this together today with just cabbage and avocado, and it actually turned out amazing. I sliced the cabbage really thin, mashed up a ripe avocado, squeezed in some lemon juice, added salt, pepper, and a little chili powder.
Mixed it all up, and wow, the crunch, the creaminess, and that zesty kick? So good and super refreshing! It took less than 10 minutes and filled me up just right. Definitely trying this again, maybe with some roasted peanuts or sweet corn next time.
