Night markets are so much fun! We also have loads around here too and they are even better if they have a live band or something playing! Ok, I initially thought you were going to go for the taco's too but YAY for the spuds and rostis are the BEST! What an unusual thing to find a stall like that. I have never, ever seen a whole selection of different style rostis - but such a cool idea! Also, with an egg on top it really doesnt get any better than that!
