175k per programmers...no wonder you having issues with a small team of programmers and cannot deliver in time if you put all your money in overpaying people...wow. Then we wonder why land, tower defense,

100% agree here, Our guild have been struggling to fill the gold only and alpha/beta type of fray for over a year now because no one have those cards and no one want to spend to get these cards (especially

or how to try and patch a brawl system that require to be redone from scratch and that make it impossible for a small guild to fill all of their frays that now will on top of that get penalized for it.

The problem I see right now is with the Fray system, not with the rewards. One guild cannot decide to be new player friendly and have 20 low level players since there is not enough low level frays do be

This game need a new player experience like the one Weirdbeard were working on 7 months ago that looked promising(Tutorials system with quest etc.) and from the last few eye candy we say, these tutorials

While I get you are trying to justify a 5% sink as a good thing over a long period of time but the reality is that the game itself should the be one creating those sink to help reduce daily that SPS and

I should also add that being able to unstake for 5% = bots that grind daily SPS will instantly dump them on the market daily to assure their daily earning while 100% tanking the price of SPS. Add the fact

The main raison we have unstaking time of 4 weeks is what make "staking" powerful. It assure that anyone that commit to staking know upfront that it's a long term investment of their asset and

My understanding of your discussion on SHQ podcast was to bring something like a 60k each salary (total 120k$)? @yabapmatt.sps was there any discussion to add to the current proposition or to create a

Any news about a modified version of this proposal with Weirdbeard and you both included in the deal? I would be more incline to vote yes knowing we got a team of 2 people getting in place to cover a larger

Another reason to vote no is the fact that the DAO buying DEC to try and start the flywheel will only make everyone that bought cheap DEC to dump on the DAO and the DAO paying too much for DEC until we

I will sadly have to vote no to this. Reason is that right now we have a like 2 other version on including the one that Matt should pass soon to ask the DAO for 250k$ (so some of these could be used then

I understand the DEC/voucher sink you are putting in place here but let's be honest, why would I spend so much on soulbound card that have super low PP instead of just buying legendary gold foil that will

How about we take that 500k and give it to Splinterlands team so that they can hire more people in order to accelerate features instead of trying to manipulate market since it won't have much value if

Considering that stable coins are the next one to either fail or get attacked by SEC IMO, I personally never trusted stable coins and fear they will be the next one to fail. So since I would rather we

Is it too late to participate in the alpha or is it more simple to just wait 2 mores days and join in then?

I think it's because land have a SPS reward pool in it so any change to land that can affect SPS must be voted by the DAO :)

If it where only for me, there would be only 1 chat channel with moderation and not such a thing as an elitist mav channel but I guess people love to feel like they have a big PP and they are part of a

We'll see how the compensation goes but clearly, the current model was doomed to fail since there were way too much part produced everyday which was ultimately sure to flood the market and tank the price

Good day Bronko, Thanks for the clarification, here is a short video made by one of the SL community member that happen to work in cyber security IRL that posted this: My main understanding was that, from
