The character in this story is an apparently very wealthy woman who for twelve years suffered from a flow of blood, the Scriptures say that he had spent everything he had and nothing had served him because before improving, his health worsened. The best specialists in her day could not help her. But a touch of faith made Jesus, the divine physician, heal her.
Three important actions for your faith to touch
That woman had to act in order to receive her miracle, she did not stay at home giving herself to her illness but went out in search of her healing even with so much weakness that she felt. When she heard about Jesus in that village, she did not care about the multitude of people who squeezed her, she only wanted to touch with her faith and be saved. Let us see what those three actions were:

Desire is a deep feeling, not a superficial feeling; it is a longing that is born from the deepest part of man's heart. It is to put the mind and thought into the desired endeavour. It is also to become saturated with positive thoughts. This woman had a mental photograph of a miracle that was going to take place in her life, so great was her faith that she only wished to touch it. She did not ask to embrace Jesus or for Him to place His hands on her to rebuke her illness, no; she was certain that only one touch would give her miracle and restore her health.
Act ~ "so only your mantle"

To act in this context means to move. The woman moved, went out, ran after her miracle accompanied by her enormous faith. The Bible says that faith without works is dead and she applied that principle to her life, had faith and acted.
My brethren, what good will it do if someone says he has faith, and has no works? Can faith save him? And if a brother or sister is naked and needs daily maintenance, and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, warm yourselves and be filled, but you do not give them the things that are necessary for the body, what does it profit you? Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself. But someone will say, 'You have faith, and I have works. Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that God is one; you do well. Demons also believe, and tremble. But do you want to know, you vain man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? Do you not see that faith acted together with his works, and that faith was perfected by works? And the scripture was fulfilled, which says, Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned unto him for righteousness; and he was called a friend of God. And you see that a man is justified by works, and not only by faith. Also Rahab the harlot, was she not justified by works, when she received the messengers and sent them another way? The woman with the flow of blood was not looking for a personal interview with Jesus, one point of contact was enough for her. On the other hand, it is important to emphasize that this woman fought, fought and overcame every obstacle until achieving her divine healing, the one that comes directly from the God of heaven, our physician par excellence.

If we could give faith a synonym, it would be trust. In this context, the word "salva" can be synonymous with "sana".

Why did Jesus, when praying for a sick person, say: "Your faith has saved you" and not "Your faith has healed you"?
Because he knew the importance more of the salvation of the soul than of the healing of the body. By giving him salvation he included a complete miracle in the lives of the people he touched in health, in the physical, in the mental, in the material and in the spiritual.

So gigantic was the faith of that woman who says in the Bible that there were multitudes of people around Jesus who touched and squeezed Him. But the faith with which that woman touched the edge of the Lord's garment made the difference.
Then Jesus, knowing in Himself the power that had come out of Him, turning to the multitude, said, "Who has touched my garments? His disciples said to him, "You see the multitude pressing on you, and you say, 'Who touched me? But he looked around to see who had done this. Then the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had been done to her, came and fell down before him, and told him the whole truth. Is it important to have faith?
The answer is a great YES. If you do not have faith you cannot receive a miracle, if you do not have faith you cannot believe that there is an Almighty God, and if you do not have faith you cannot please the Lord.
But without faith it is impossible to please God; for he who comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him. Holy Bible Queen Valera 1960 - Hebrews 11:6
How would you define faith and what importance does it have for you?
Beloved Brother and Friend, ask God as your disciples did, "Lord, we increase faith," for it is more valuable than gold itself. Faith makes you live what was dead, faith moves mountains, faith makes you call things that are not as if they were. Ask God to help you develop a warrior faith, a faith of the invisible, a faith that overcomes all the impossible and wants, acts and trusts to receive your miracles of any kind.
