Saludos mi gente de ALIENTO, retomando esta sección para la comunidad y la blockchain de HIVE en general; una sección que busca recorrer los mercados del Perú con la intención de que los conozcas y retroalimentes la publicación, indicándonos a qué mercado te recuerda.

Y por supuesto esta sección lleva consigo recorridos especializados donde nos enfocamos en un rubro en particular, como por ejemplo este trabajo realizado el año pasado en donde saboree diversas frutas exóticas del Perú:

Y es que una de las cosas maravillosas de ser creador de contenido, es ser ventana para el mundo de los diversos lugares que recorremos. No necesariamente tenemos que esperar a ir de turismo a una isla exótica, de nuestra rutina del día a día como la que se presenta en el recurso audiovisual, consistente en la realización del mercado de semana, he preparado este material para todos ustedes.
Acerca El Avelino
Este mercado es uno de los más grandes de la provincia de Arequipa, y a simple vista pareciera estar entre los mercados más grandes del Perú. El Avelino más que un mercado es un sector, en el que se unen diversos mercados. Es muy común apreciar en las calles economía informal, es decir, vendedores ambulantes, que improvisan sus locales en las calles:

Por ejemplo, recuerdo que en ese día en varios locales 01 kilogramo de yuca estaba a 3 soles (aproximadamente 0.8$), y finalmente después de recorrer conseguí 01 kilogramo a 1 sol (aproximadamente 0.3$).
Many times informal vendors sell at a better price, after all, it is always good to consult various offers to later make the decision to buy. For example, I remember that on that day in several stores 01 kilogram of yucca was at 3 soles (approximately 0.8$), and finally after browsing around I got 01 kilogram at 1 sol (approximately 0.3$).
Al fondo de la imagen se aprecia un camión lleno de Zapallo (auyama en Venezuela), de la cual también compramos dado que la misma es un ingrediente fundamental para nuestras sopas. En un día de mercado mi gente linda y sobre todo cuando hace calor, cae como anillo al dedo las personas que venden helados, en esta ocasión me he deleitado con dos tipos de helados, uno de fabricación artesanal y otro de fabricación más industrializada:

En la compra de esos 02 helados gasté 03 soles, (aproximadamente 0.8 $). Me gustaría tu retroalimentación en la sección de comentarios, para saber cuánto gastarías en unos helados así donde te encuentras. En el recorrido me provocó comerme un plato típico de la zona “PICANTE A LA TACNEÑA”, la base de este plato es la panza de la vaca, la misma con la que se hace un plato típico en Venezuela como lo es el “MONDONGO”.
In the purchase of those 02 ice creams I spent 03 soles, (approximately 0.8 $). I would like your feedback in the comments section, to know how much you would spend on ice cream where you are. In the tour I ate a typical dish of the area "PICANTE A LA TACNEÑA", the basis of this dish is the belly of the cow, the same with which is made a typical dish in Venezuela as is the "MONDONGO".
El recorrido finalizó en el mercado de las frutas, en esta ocasión no había tantas frutas exóticas, pero igual aproveché la oportunidad de comparar sandia y mangos que estaban bastante económicos.
The tour ended at the fruit market, this time there were not so many exotic fruits, but I still took the opportunity to compare watermelon and mangoes that were quite cheap.
