Disminuir la pansa jeje, así sea un centímetro ya es un gran logro.Acá unas imágenes de diversos ángulos de mi cuerpo, y una imagen modelo, la cual es un tanto ambiciosa, pero un ideal que no pierdo las esperanzas de alcanzar.

@edmundochauran. I am Elias Santana and I am currently in Arequipa, Peru. My sport since childhood has been Chess, I also practice Karate-Do and Fronton; in the midst of the daily routines is a challenge the time we have to train, so I think this challenge will be a demanding factor to eliminate excuses that only lead us to the state of sedentary lifestyle.
Following the guidelines of this challenge, I share the following images that describe the fundamental variables to be entered in the calculator: dietadelazona:

In essence, I will focus on daily 20-minute cardio sessions, either jogging, speed in short spaces, playing fronton, burpee. Also achieve a discipline of at least 200 sit-ups in each training session. The breakfasts rich in fruits, cereals, yogurt. At lunch, always looking for the presence of broccoli and proteins. At dinner, discipline myself to eat light. Generally speaking, in the different meals of the day, reduce the consumption of fats as much as possible, by this I mean eliminating fried foods.
To reduce the size of my paunch hehe, even one centimeter is already a great achievement.
