The 12th study is really beautiful, you are playing a melody in the lower note and a pedal in the high note (see the first and second measures). This kind of writing creates a 2 voices melody, the lower and the upper. Just like the Bach Cello Suite No 1. The difficulty of this piece lays on the strings and your right arm, it must be played clear and precise.
