There are very few days left to finish this year 2023, a year in which we have been able to give momentum to the blog, and I say "we have" because it is something we are building together. I

I am sure that when you hear the word engine all my dear readers are able to imagine some device with a rotating feature, I think it is difficult to imagine our world without the existence of engines,

When we want to establish a control system we must evaluate some characteristics of the process, based on this evaluation we can choose the behavior that will have our control system that we can also call

Operational amplifiers have proven to have a huge range of usefulness in various types of applications, just change some combination of passive or active components to give great utilities. So far we have

If you have noticed, so far every time we have worked in the design of electronic circuits with operational amplifiers have been used two voltage sources for powering them. Someone with little knowledge

In the world of electronics there are applications that can be both simple to build and useful, in that sense I have always had a great respect for operational amplifiers, I think that after the transistor

We are more and more immersed in optical communications systems, after the fundamental theories and the description of some parameters and tools we can now create and analyze an optical communications

There is a considerable amount of theory on fiber optics, optical circuits and related topics, with the previous articles we have already laid our theoretical foundations to address slightly more complex

Light is one of the things we see the most, in fact if it is not present we cannot see, it has been with us all our existence and I am sure we still cannot fully understand it, however we have learned

Now that we have described (in the previous article) the basic behavior of photodiodes and communication by light reflection, I think it is the right time for us to study the applications of fiber optics.

Things that interact through invisible phenomena are often exciting and attractive, at least for me. Exciting because two devices can interact at a distance without any visible physical contact and attractive

We have seen so much of filter that I think it is a good time to balance the balance, for this we will know a circuit that does the opposite of a filter, ie, mixes signals. We will describe the basic mixer

Studying the different types of active filters might require advanced knowledge in electronic engineering and calculus since differential equations are required to evaluate some answers and circuit knowledge

Moving on from passive filters was an easy task due to their simplicity and small number of designs, we even used only one output parameter to design (Fc) and based on that we chose our RC circuit. Dealing

Passive filters are the simplest to design, however they are very ineffective, let's say that they can be useful as a quick solution to an undemanding application. However they are the basis of active

Now we know that an electronic filter is responsible for allowing or blocking the passage of a current according to the frequency that has been configured. It is time to move on to the next step in which

Filters are so common that we use them in every system we design, be it mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, even we ourselves carry a dust filter in our noses as a matter of course. No matter what type of

In a monitoring system it is important to keep a record of events or behavior of variables, these records are very useful in data analysis, in addition to detect irregularities in the process and prevent

There are circumstances in which you want to restrict access to an application, in a control room an operator is responsible for all the operations that are carried out in the process from the SCADA that

One of the things I like most about LabView is that you can compile the programs with .exe extension to be used on any Windows PC without having to buy a license, of course, you have to download a component
