First off there should never be any type of censorship of the platform in anyway, except through flagging and the people self regulating. From what I understand there is no way to stop any type of content from being posted, nor should there be. If individuals want to post copyrighted content, and possibly gain monetary value, if users choose to delegate their SP to that type of content, then those posters may suffer the ramifications of their illegal actions. I am unsure of exactly how legal action would be taken by the owners of the content, but I would assume they would target the individual and not the platform as a whole.
