Hello, Splinter Fanatics!

The Chaos Legion Edition packs are coming to an end, and the latest airdrop has brought Dagrão's missing Legendary Summoner, Lily Shieldpaw. I really liked the art of this Summoner, as it reminds me a bit of Summoner Byzantine Kitty.

Lily Shieldpaw has 3 abilities: Grants (+1) health to all units, adds Camouflage and Triage.

Camouflage
This Monster cannot be targeted by attacks unless it is in First Position, or hit by random Scattershot attacks..

Triage
Heals the most damaged friendly Rear Monster

What caught my attention in this new Summoner were these two skills that don't have a good synergy with each other. If all Units are Cloaked, they will hardly suffer damage and receive healing from the Triage ability . So why the hell do I need a Summoner with such abilities if they don't match (water and fire)?

And due to this reason, Lily Shieldpaw is yet another Situational Summoner. It's a strong word, but it's the absolute truth. Just like Conqueror Jacek which I consider situational mainly due to his ability Scattershot. I really like using Jacek especially when the battle has the Ruleset Explosive Weaponry or when I build a strategy focused on speed.

But back to Lily Shieldpaw, a detail I noticed about this new Summoner is that for Triage to be useful in combat we need the rear units to suffer damage, and for this to happen it is necessary that the opponent has units with the Scattershot or Blast ability or even fall in battles with Rulesets that grant these abilities to units.

Another use for Lily Shieldpaw is to use a strategy to direct all attacks to the first unit on purpose, working with a kind of Taunt ability , because the other units will be camouflaged.

Below are two cards, Djinn Chwala and Lobstradamus, with the ability Thorns , which can be scaled in the first position by the tank feature. If the opponent chooses melee attack units will be directed to the deadly thornbush.

Next I present a battle, using the new Summoner Lily. The battle had 32 mana available with the Rulesets: Fog of Wars, Healed Out and Scattershot.

In this battle, I could see that Triage and Camouflage are almost mutually exclusive (or one or the other). With the Aimless rule the ability Camouflage is canceled and Triage can be activated more easily. However, if there was no Ruleset Aimless Triage would only activate when the rear unit is hit by Blast from the enemy unit Screaming Banshee.

In an overview, Lily Shieldpaw is arguably the most situational Chaos Legion Legendary Summoner. Below I present my List for Chaos Legion Legendary Summoners, with 6 mana.

As Summoners depend on the chosen monsters on the field, this classification is of a personal nature, for example I consider Summoner Astral Entity to be one of my favorites due to its abilities, but some players do not like Death Splinter's monsters, which makes them not like Astral.

Immortalis and Grandmaster Rathe are two Summoners that I really like in strategy to counter magic, but Immortalis has been my favorite in these situations, staying respectively in the tier S and * A*.

Conqueror Jacek is next on my list staying in the B tier, as I consider it situational due to the Scattershot ability , but its strengths are (+2) speed and the Piercing ability . But this Summoner is very popular in Splinterforce due to the speed combo of Conqueror Jacek + Byzantine Kitty, that should explain its higher price than the other Summoners.

Another Summoner that I consider situational is Possibilus The Wise his skills are great to be used in battles with Ruleste Up Close & Personal and Stampede . It is not a summoner that I like very much, but in certain games, it has its uses.

And finally, Lily Shieldpaw, shown in this post, is undoubtedly the most situational Summoner among his brother Summoners Chaos Legion. In my opinion, it would be worth an exchange of the ability Triage by Heal Tank and there would certainly be better synergy between this summoner's abilities.

Os packs da Edição Chaos Legion estão chegando ao fim, e o último airdrop trouxe o Summoner Lendário de Dagrão que faltava, Lily Shieldpaw. Gostei bastante da arte deste Invocador, pois me lembra um pouco os traços da Invocadora Byzantine Kitty.

Lily Shieldpaw possui 3 habilidades: Concede (+1) de saúde a todas as unidades, adciona Camouflage e Triage.

Camouflage
Este Monstro não pode ser alvo de ataques a menos que esteja na primeira posição, ou ser atigindo por ataques aleatório de Scattershot.

Triage
Cura o Monstro da retaguarda amigo que sofreu mais dano

O que me chamou atenção neste novo Invocador foram esta duas habilidades que não possuem uma boa sinergia entre si. Se todas as Unidades estão Camufladas, díficilmente elas sofrerão um dano e receberão a cura pela habilidade Triage . Então, para que diabos preciso de um Invocador com tais habilidades, se elas não combinam (água e fogo)?

E devido a este motivo, Lily Shieldpaw é mais outro Invocador situacional. É uma palavra forte, mas é a pura verdade. Assim como, Conqueror Jacek que considero situacional devido principalmente a sua habilidade Scattershot . Gosto muito de usar Jacek principalmente quando a batalha possui a Ruleset Explosive Weaponry ou quando monto uma estratégia focada em velocidade.

Mas voltando para Lily Shieldpaw, um detalhe que percebi desse novo Invocador é que para Triage ser útil em combate precisamos que as unidades da retaguarda sofram danos, e para isto acontecer é preciso que o oponente tenha unidades com a habilidade Scattershot ou Blast ou ainda caiam em batalhas com Rulesets que concedem essas habilidades as unidades.

Outra utilidade para Lily Shieldpaw é utilizar uma estrategia para direcioanar todos os ataques para a primeira unidade de proposito, funcionando com uma especie de habilidade Taunt , pois a demais unidades estarão camufladas.

Abaixo temos duas cartas, Djinn Chwala e Lobstradamus, com a habilidade Thorns , que podem ser escaladas na primeira posição pela caracteristica de tanque. Caso o oponente escolha unidades de ataque melee será direcionada ao espinheiro mortal.

A seguir apresento um batalha, utilizando a nova Invocadora Lily. A batalha tinha 32 de mana disponível com os Rulesets: Fog of Wars, Healed Out e Scattershot.

Nesta batalha, pude perceber que Triage e Camouflage são quase que excludentes (ou uma ou outra). Com a regra Aimless a habilidade Camouflage é anulada e Triage pode ser ativada mais facilmente. Porém, se não houvesse o Ruleset Aimless Triage só iria ser ativada quando a unidade de retaguarda for atingida pelo Blast da unidade inimiga Screaming Banshee.

Em uma visão geral, Lily Shieldpaw é sem dúvida o Invocador Lendário do Chaos Legion mais situacional. Abaixo apresento minha Lista para os Invocadores Lendário do Chaos Legion, com 6 de mana.

Como os Invocadores dependem dos monstros escolhidos em campo, essa classificação é de cunho pessoal, por exemplo eu considero o Invocador Astral Entity sendo um dos meus preferidos pelas suas habilidades, mas alguns jogadores não gostam dos monstros do Splinter de Morte, o que faz com que não gostem de Astral.

Immortalis e Grandmaster Rathe são dois Invocadores que gosto bastante em estratégia para counterar mágia, porém Immortalis tem sido o meu preferido nessas situações, ficando respectivamente, no tier S e A.

Conqueror Jacek é o próximo da minha lista ficando no tier B, pois considero ele situacional devido a habilidade Scattershot , mas seus pontos fortes são (+2) de velocidade e a habilidade Piercing . Mas este Invocador é muito querido no Splinterforce devido ao combo de velocidade de Conqueror Jacek + Byzantine Kitty, isso deve explicar seu preço mais elevado que os demais Summoners.

Outro Invocador que considero situacional é Possibilus The Wise sua habilidades são ótima para serem usadas em batalhas com Rulestes Up Close & Personal e Stampede . Não é um invocador que goste muito, mas em certas partidas tem sua utilidade.

E por fim, Lily Shieldpaw que como demonstrado neste post é sem dúvidas o Invocador mais situacional, entre seus irmão Invocadores Chaos Legion. Na minha opinião, valeria uma troca da habilidade Triage por Heal Tank e certamente haveria uma sinergia melhor entre as habilidade deste invocador.
