En mi corta y mediana experiencia de vida, siendo un ciudadano común, pero que ha logrado proponerse trazar, trabajar y lograr la metas que me he propuesto, algunas destacadas, me he dado cuenta de diferentes características de conseguir el “éxito” una frase muy repetida en estos tiempos saturado de conferencistas motivacionales, solo que en esta oportunidad escribo desde los hechos reales de mis vivencias, podría detallar cada tarea cumplida a lo largo de este post, pero puede tomar más tiempo además que es mejor escribir los detalles, espero poder hacer otras publicaciones al respecto, he encontrado por curiosidad una comunidad que se llama Be Entrepreneur me llamo mucho la atención, como tengo mucho conocimiento que compartir, esta va a hacer mi primera publicación, con un tema superimportante para los emprendedores o para los futuros emprendedores, también tal vez para cualquiera persona que quiera iniciar una actividad, proyecto o labor, que es La Importancia del Primer Paso, a continuación:

Cuando pensamos en querer tener un negocio, hacer algún evento, actividad, o crear un sistema económico, que nos genere suficiente sustento económico por un determinado tiempo y además generar un impacto en la sociedad, decimos, ese negocio es buena idea, en esta oportunidad de trabajo puede ser muy rentable, competir en esta área me traerá muchos benéficos, todos en algún momento lo hemos pensado, existe un gran porcentaje de personas que tuvieron una pasión por hacer “algo” pero nunca jamás, pudieron ni siquiera comenzar un dar el primer paso.

El origen de la inactividad de no poder avanzar en lo que queremos hacer para nosotros mismo o a nuestro entorno, es el miedo, el riesgo a fracasar y perder, sea dinero, tiempo o reputación, que muchas personas están seguras de que antes de comenzar a emprender van a fracasar, es allí el problema, porque el hecho de comenzar con un deseo y no poder conseguir los resultados deseados momentáneamente es un fracaso, al contrario, con la derrota se puede comprobar que algo no está bien en el plan, es decir se consigue una información adicional que ayuda a mejorar la idea, se obtiene experiencia en el camino, adicional da más carácter a los emprendedores.

El error es no dar el primer paso, es que la propia palabra escrita Emprendedor que deriva de vocablo francés entrepreneu, el que empieza y toma riesgo, lo enseña la misma palabra, es necesario empezar, pero solo se empieza dando el primer paso, no importa si luego de comenzar, las cosas no salen muy bien, es algo normal, siempre existen adversidades, circunstancias adversas y crisis, la rotunda derrota es cuando nunca se toma el valor para empezar ni volver a empezar, ni aprender de los errores, para nunca volver a intentarlo, sea lo que sea.

Entendiendo todo lo anterior, la siguiente pregunta seria ¿pero ¿qué es realmente dar el primer paso? || Understanding all of the above, the next question would be, but what is really taking the first step?

Como mi objetivo es motivar a dar ese paso que tanto hace falta, trate de simplificar este tan importante acto, la frase vamos paso a paso, poco a poco, nos da a entender que los avances en una construcción de una idea, es una forma simbólica de ir a la acción, no se refiere al hecho de caminar con las piernas para dar pasos, no debe ser necesariamente forzosos, agobiantes, radicales, ni estrambótico, más bien, persisto en que lo importante es empezar con lo mínimo, con un esfuerzo no tan relevante, ni siquiera debe ser planificado, hasta puede ser una acción indirecta al proyecto que queremos realizar.

Voy a mencionar algunos ejemplos prácticos, para visualizar en la mente como se da ese paso a la acción, cuando comencé a crear un emprendimiento familiar de producir salsa artesanal con una receta familiar, pensaba que era mi difícil, donde podría vender este producto sin ninguno empaque adecuado, tenía una limitante que no me dejaba avanzar, pasa el tiempo y no hacía nada al respecto, pero tenía una idea que me daba mucha pena hacer, ya que una vecina un poquito lejos de mi casa, guardaba frascos de vidrio en su patio, yo pasaba por allí y los veía, no tenía el valor de preguntarle que iba a hacer con esos frascos allí abandonado, tal vez lo quería votar o regalar, pero cuando entendí que si quiero hacer un cambio para conseguir mis metas es necesario dar el primer paso, fui a su casa con mucha educación además de saber expresar, le dije mi idea, que quería hacer con los recipientes de vidrio que tenía allí, que si podría vendérmelos o regalármelos, mi vecina una señora mayor de mucho carácter terco, me dijo que no, me pregunto que iba a hacer con esos frascos, le comente mi emprendimiento, entonces llegamos a un trato de que cuando termine de producir una cantidad le iba a regalar una muestra de agradecimiento, así fue, como conseguí los recipientes que necesita para poder empezar en el negocio, pero pienso si yo nunca fuera a preguntarle sobre esos francos tal vez nunca hubiese emprendido, es la importancia de dar el primer paso.

I will mention some practical examples, to visualize in my mind how to take that step to action, when I started to create a family business to produce artisan sauce with a family recipe, I thought it was my difficult, where I could sell this product without any proper packaging, I had a limitation that did not let me move forward, time passed and I did nothing about it, but I had an idea that I was very sad to do, because a neighbor a little far from my house, kept glass jars in her yard, I was passing by and saw them, I did not have the courage to ask her what she was going to do with those jars abandoned there, maybe she wanted to vote or give them away, But when I understood that if I want to make a change to achieve my goals it is necessary to take the first step, I went to her house with a lot of education besides knowing how to express, I told her my idea, what I wanted to do with the glass containers I had there, if she could sell them or give them to me, my neighbor an old lady with a stubborn character, told me no, she asked me what I was going to do with those jars, I told her about my undertaking, then we made a deal that when I finished producing a certain amount I would give her a token of my appreciation, that's how I got the containers she needed to start the business, but I think if I never went to ask her about those francs maybe I would have never started, that's the importance of taking the first step.

Comenzar con una idea de gran impacto, puede llegar a ser un simple paso, de buscar información, comprar una pequeña herramienta para algún proceso, puede ser buscar hojas de papel viejas y lápices para escribir o dibujar, dar el primer paso, no necesariamente invertir grandes cantidades de dinero, me atrevo de confirmar que tal vez limpiar la habitación, recoger algunos escombros a la basura sea un primer paso, lo importante es darlo.

Como por ejemplo considero que para mí, escribir este primer post en esta comunidad que tiene un enorme potencial, es mi primer paso, todo tiene un comienzo para una gran aventura por hacer y escribir en la vida, el primer paso es la chispa que enciende el motor de cualquier deseo a realizar, dar el paso es tener la libre iniciativa para abordar nuevos horizontes en el camino, pensar y reaccionar a las ideas es el primer paso a todo, entonces que se puede perder, no importa en que ámbito se desenvuelva, siempre es necesario comenzar aunque sé con un pequeño paso.
