Should musing.io show similar questions?

When browsing musing.io, I see many questions that have already been answered multiple times. My suggestion for improvement would be to show a selection of similar questions before the user does post his question. So the user will see if the question has already been asked. Stack Overflow does this for example and it seems to work.

What do you think about that idea ?
