The upgrade drops transaction finality down to roughly 150 milliseconds, putting it right alongside Hyperliquid and Base while leaving Ethereum far behind at around 15 minutes.

Getting over the finish line wasn't easy, as the test cluster required six wipes and restarts alongside a full network migration failure before finally locking in.
