Our garden went GREAT this year! I haven't posted nearly enough about it (getting to that folks). This excerpt shows how we use fallen leaves in autumn to cover our grow areas in the garden. This approach not only prevents weeds and grass from growing in unwanted areas, but also provides extra nutrition replenishment that the soil desperately needs after a countify harvest.

You can see how we also use farm hay for the spiral garden section. If someone brings it, we use it.
Why use plastic ground cover when your garden is in the forest and mother nature provides all the abundance needed to continue manifesting food and medicine? LMK in the comments if this is a tactic that has worked in your garden as well, or if you are going to because of this post!
