When you want to know about a new friend you will look at it a bit more, so I look up the intro post to know who I am making friends with, and that is a normal thing to do.

Now, my brother and I are focusing on planting Papaya and cultivating stingless bees, because the stingless bees have much more propolis and bee pollen than regular bees (Apis Dorsata or Apis Cerana). You can search "Honey from Trigona itama", this kind of bee produces sour honey, bee pollen, and propolis that can be extracted using olive oil, which is the best one, but since olive oil is much more expensive I am using Coconut Virgin Oil that we make ourselves. I made a little post about it here traisto@traisto : Sting-less bees honey: best immune system. If you can find a kind of bee in your area, you can cultivate it at home and you can get high quality and pure organic honey. Start to pay attention to the tree or log wood with holes and smaller creatures around traito@traito and fotostef@fotostef. I will make a post about it when I come home again next week.
