July has come to an end, and now we’re at the beginning of August. Do you already have plans for this August?
Before I tell you what my plans are for August, I’d like to invite you to join Hive Power Up Day, which usually takes place on the 1st of every month.
This month, I’m powering up 400 Hive. I’ve been accumulating Hive for the past few days. I converted some of my assets to Hive for this special event—and to demonstrate my commitment.
I obtained some of the Hive by withdrawing my HBD savings, which I then swapped for Hive. The rest came from purchasing it on an exchange.
Before the power-up, I had 527 HP, and now, after the power-up, it’s 927 HP.
That’s still really low, isn’t it? Let’s just say I just started over on Hive last July—even though my account has been around for a long time.
Okay, what are my next plans?
Delegation to @ecency. Even though it’s not much, I want to contribute to this amazing platform. I don’t want to just be a free-rider—I want to help provide the value I have to offer.
Delegation to @topcomment. Topcomment is a project that rewards high-quality comments on Hive. I strongly support this initiative because I’ve noticed that very few people comment on posts. You can read more about Topcomment here.
In addition to delegating, I’ll also set @ecency as the beneficiary on every post I make. It might not be much, but what if you—who are reading this post on ecency frontend—did the same? Of course, even a little bit helps support ecency.
Consistently writing on Hive. I admit, consistency is still one of the things I struggle with. My goal in becoming active on Hive again is to write consistently. My writing target is to at least meet ecency’s monthly quest of 20 posts per month.
Actively reading and commenting on posts that interest me. By commenting, I want to build relationships with more people and get to know them through their posts.
Well, I think that’s enough for this post.
By the way, what are your plans for August? Share them in the comments. Who knows—your comment might get featured by @topcomment
