Business models such as free-to-play and pay-to-play are very known, but have you ever heard about play-to-play model? I can't think of a better way how to call it right now, but it's a very interesting model!
Do you know HIVE games like Splinterlands, dCITY, CryptoBrewMaster or even a STEEM game called DrugWars?
They all have this one thing similar - they have in-game tokens with "real" value and they can be used inside the game or can be sold on the markets. For example in Splinterlands you can get some dark energy crystals for every battle you won.
I bought a lot of dCITY cards with HIVE yesteday and I already discovered my first technology - drone technology! I was so excited that I sold some dark energy crystals that I earned from simply playing Splinterlands and I used the received HIVE to buy more dCITY cards. Cards in dCITY generate SIM income that can be used in many different ways also. You could for example used them to buy some cards in the Rising Star game.
So pretty much just by playing one game you can in the end be part of all of them. It's such an interesting concept! What do you think?
