Occasionally I stay away for work and this week was one of those times. Its was a random Travel lodge but this one had RFID chips in their towels, actually laughed out loud.
I mean really the cost to put all this in, is it really going to deter a would be towel snatcher. Who could simply cut open the tag and slide the chip out. If ever there was a pointless use for RFID this is one of them.
